BORDERLINE'S RETURN, EXCHANGE & REPAIR POLICY
It is important to us that you love your Borderline Jewelry purchase and are thrilled with our service. So if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us promptly at email@example.com to see if we can resolve your concern. If not, we will issue you a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will allow you to send your item(s) back to us. We will provide you with the return address at that time. Your return must be received within 30 days of the date on which you received your item.
Borderline Jewelry will accept a return and issue a full refund if item is received within 30 days of purchase, so long as it is in like-new condition. Returns that are damaged or worn may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer without a refund. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CUSTOM AND ALL GOLD ORDERS
Custom and gold orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items received as a gift can be exchanged if accompanied by a gift receipt. You can exchange the item for an item of equal value, buy up, or receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be emailed to you.
HOLIDAY SEASON RETURNS
In the spirit of the holiday season, we will allow any purchases made between November 26 and December 24 to be returned for a refund until January 7.
We will repair any Borderline Jewelry designs purchased through Borderline Jewelry.com. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. Please include your name, contact information, and a brief description of what needs to be fixed. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Any item that needs to be soldered or refurbished will be subject to a cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
It is perfectly normal that your leather or waxed cords will show wear and tear after a while (especially if you wear them daily like we do!). If you'd like us to re-string an item, we would be happy to do so for a $10 fee.
If an item was purchased at another retailer, please return the damaged item to the store from which you originally purchased it. They will be able to assist you with your repair.
